Coach Andre is absolutely amazing. He's charismatic, down to earth, caring, and like other reviewers have mentioned; he really does make you feel like family. His wife Jamie is the manager here and she is equally amazing! My daughter loves training with Andre and I recently started training here with him too. I bring my daughter to the kids class and I join the adult class right after, they have a little kid area where my daughter hangs out until adult class is done. I have a little over a year of kick-boxing experience from another gym but I'm definitely learning more technique here with Andre. If you're looking to get into shape as well as learn some self defense techniques in a friendly environment this is the place for you!

Andre is an amazing coach. My daughters have been training with Andre for a little over a year and they absolutely love his class, he makes it fun and easy to learn. My husband and I have attended a few of his classes and we absolutely love that he is patient with beginners like me but also make advanced students like my husband get a great workout. Perfect gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes. Andre and his wife Jamie make everyone feel welcome.
